This information is provided in compliance with the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data and the processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.   • PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of users who browse the website www.parcodeiprincipibari.it are used for precise processing purposes (the purpose is the objective for which the personal data is processed) and pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016; the processing carried out must always have a legal basis, as described below:

  • COMMUNICATION AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The communication of data is a contractual obligation and, as a requirement of the contract, is necessary for its conclusion and for the consequent provision of the requested services, therefore, failure, partial or incorrect provision of data will not allow the establishment of the contractual relationship, with the consequent impossibility of providing the service. to submit a complaint to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data and/or to another Guarantor Authority, if it believes that the rights have been violated by the Data Controller and/or by a third party.

 

  • METHOD AND PLACE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed using paper and electronic tools, recorded and stored in databases with specific security measures aimed at preventing data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The personal data released by the interested parties may be processed at the offices, through their representatives responsible for managing the site and by persons authorized as data processing managers. Where necessary, additional data may be requested, necessary for the provision of the additional services requested. The processing for the purposes of “information on services” will take place through the use of remote communication techniques, such as e-mail.
